Hidden content is retained for roughly two to three months after it entered Archive. Everything that entered Archive in a given month is deleted on the first day of the month three months later — content that entered in May is deleted on August 1st, whether it arrived on May 2nd or May 31st. During this period, you can raise your capacity — either by upgrading your plan or by purchasing a UGC add-on pack — to unlock it. After that, hidden content is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Hidden content does not automatically become visible when a new month starts — it can only be unlocked by raising your capacity.
When you raise your capacity, Archive applies the added allowance to the current month and the two months before it, unlocking items within each until that month's allowance is met. Items are unlocked oldest-ingested first.
The retention window is counted from the month content entered Archive (its ingest month), not the month it was originally posted. Historical pulls count against the month they enter Archive.
