Archive is a powerful platform that simplifies influencer and campaign tracking, allowing you to measure results, adjust your strategy, and showcase your success effortlessly. One of its key features is the ability to create and manage campaigns. This article will guide you through the process of using campaigns in Archive.

Tracking Campaign Performance
Once your campaign is set up, Archive will automatically collect and analyze relevant user-generated content (UGC) across Instagram and TikTok. Here's what you can do:
View all UGC associated with your campaign hashtags or mentions.
Filter content by date, type, follower count, verification status, and more.
Check the Social Profile's posts, reach, impressions, engagement, and Earned Media Value (EMV).
Generating Campaign Reports
To measure your campaign's success:
Go to the "Analytics" section of your Campaign.
Apply the filters you need, such as Content Type, Followers, and Label.
If you'd like to share your report with people who don’t have access to Archive, simply use the "Get public link" button in the top right corner of your screen.
Editing a Campaign
Navigate to the Campaigns section.
From the list, choose the campaign you want to edit and click on the "Edit" button.
A window will appear, and you can change your current campaign from here.
Once finalized, click on "Edit Campaign".
FAQ
Do you pull historical content when I add a hashtag, for example?
Yes, we pull historical content when you add specific hashtags or mentions while editing a campaign.
If I remove some of the posts' requirements, will you remove old content, or will the changes only apply moving forward?
No. Our Campaigns feature is a combination of your filtered views and collections. This means we track content/profiles if they pass the filters you have added, and we add them to Campaigns as to Collections, but automatically. Once content is in one of your campaigns, nothing is removed (except profiles if they change Labels), in order of content, automatically. You can do this manually.
