Archive is a powerful platform that simplifies influencer and campaign tracking, allowing you to measure results, adjust your strategy, and showcase your success effortlessly. One of its key features is the ability to create and manage campaigns. This article will guide you through the process of using campaigns in Archive.

How to Create a Campaign

  1. Log in to your Archive account.

  2. Navigate to the Campaigns section.

  3. Click on Create New Campaign.

  4. Enter a name for your campaign.

  5. Set the campaign start and end dates.

  6. Add any relevant hashtags or mentions you want to track.

  7. Click Create Campaign to create your campaign.

Tracking Campaign Performance

Once your campaign is set up, Archive will automatically collect and analyze relevant user-generated content (UGC) across Instagram and TikTok. Here's what you can do:

  1. View all UGC associated with your campaign hashtags or mentions.

  2. Filter content by date, type, follower count, verification status, and more.

  3. Check the Social Profile's posts, reach, impressions, engagement, and Earned Media Value (EMV).

Generating Campaign Reports

To measure your campaign's success:

  1. Go to the Analytics section of your Campaign.

  2. Apply the filters you need, such as Content Type, Followers, and Label.

  3. If you'd like to share your report with people who don’t have access to Archive, simply use the Get public link button in the top right corner of your screen.
