Sharing Archive Reports with External People

Share reports with people outside Archive via public link or PDF export.

Written by Anne Buzzi

Archive allows you to easily share your performance reports with stakeholders, team members, or clients who don't have access to your Archive account. You can share reports either through a public link or by downloading them as PDF files.

Sharing Reports via Public Link

  1. Navigate to the navigation panel on the left side of your dashboard

  2. Select the 'Reports' section from the menu

  3. Browse and select your preferred 'View' from the available options

  4. Click the 'Get public link' button to generate a shareable URL

NOTE: Public links can only be generated for saved views. If you haven't created one yet, first save a new view with your desired filters and settings.

Sharing Reports via PDF

  1. Access the navigation menu on the left side of your screen

  2. Select the 'Reports' section to view your analytics

  3. (OPTIONAL) Customize your report by applying filters or adjusting the date range

  4. Click the 'PDF' button to download a professionally formatted document

Important Information:

  • Public links allow anyone with the URL to view your report

  • Public links stay live — when you add new posts or creators to a campaign (or new data lands in a saved view), the link reflects it automatically the next time it's opened. You don't need to generate a new link. Note that campaign metric totals can take up to ~20 minutes to recompute; use the Resync button in the campaign's "Last synced" bar to update both the internal view and the public link immediately before sharing.

  • PDF reports capture your data at the moment of download

  • You can create different saved views for different reporting needs

  • Consider setting a regular schedule for sharing reports with your team

  • Our system can only generate chart reports. If you want raw data, you can upvote this feature request.
