For brands and marketers, sharing user-generated content with external stakeholders is a common necessity. Whether collaborating with clients, agency partners, executives, or other team members who don't have Archive access, there's often a need to share multiple content pieces without granting full account access or requiring others to create their own Archive accounts.

Archive's Public Links feature provides a streamlined solution for sharing collections of content with anyone outside your Archive account. This feature enables secure, selective sharing while maintaining control over which content is accessible to external viewers.

How to Get a Public Link

Creating a public link for your collection is quick and straightforward from the sidebar.

  1. In the left sidebar, click the three-dots menu (⋮) next to the Collection you want to share publicly.

  2. Choose Copy public link. The link is copied to your clipboard automatically — paste it into a browser, email, or message.

What the Public Page Looks Like

Note: The recipient can see your Collection even if they don’t have an Archive account. They won’t be able to see or access anything other than the specific Collection you shared.

Exporting a CSV from the Public Page

Anyone you share the link with can export the collection’s data to CSV directly from the public page. No Archive account is required.

  1. Open the public collection link.

  2. Click Export CSV.

📋 Note: Exports are capped at 10,000 rows, the same limit that applies to exports elsewhere in Archive. If the collection is larger, the recipient sees a prompt to narrow it down to under 10,000 items before exporting.
