Downloading content one by one can be time-consuming for our customers. Now, we have enabled bulk downloads to help all our customers who are interested in saving all their content to their devices.
To download bulk download:
Hover over an asset in your content feed.
Click the checkbox that appears in the top left corner.
Click Select All to select all of the assets in your content feed.
Click Download at the bottom of your screen.
Wait for the confirmation message.
Click Download to save all assets to your device.
Note: When you use the multi-select or select-all tool to download multiple assets, we will automatically create a .ZIP file that compresses all your assets into a manageable file size. Once you open/unzip the folder on your computer, you will see all the individual assets you downloaded as distinct files.
You'll also receive an email regarding your bulk download, including the download links.
