How to create new workspaces?

We have made it easier for customers with multiple Archive accounts to switch between them, create new workspaces, and invite their teammates to access them.

Agencies can set up new brand accounts in just a few clicks and invite clients to these workspaces.


Creating a new Workspace

  1. Hover over your left tab and click the arrow beside your current workspace.

  2. Choose "+ Add New Workspace" from the menu.

  3. In the new window, enter:
    1. Workspace name
    2. Instagram handle (the one you want to connect later)
    3. Email addresses of people you want to invite (optional)

  4. Click "Add" to create your new workspace.

Note: When we create a workspace, we provide the handle, allowing Archive to display some content. Additionally, if we already track certain social profiles—such as influencers from whom we frequently collect content (over 2 million!)—some posts may appear in your workspace even without a direct connection.

However, to track all mentions, it's important to connect your Instagram account to Archive as soon as possible.
