Archive is a platform used by brands to track and analyze user-generated content (UGC) created by influencers and creators — it's not a creator marketplace, sign-up portal, or profile hosting site for individual creators.


Do Creators Sign Up on Archive?

No. Archive doesn't have a public sign-up form for creators or influencers. There's no creator profile you can build, no application to submit, and no follower threshold that unlocks access. The platform is purchased and used by brands.


How Does My Content End Up in Archive?

If a brand tracks your Instagram handle, hashtags associated with you, or mentions of their brand in your posts, your content shows up in their Archive workspace automatically. You don't need to sign up or connect anything on your end.


Can I Be Discovered by Brands Through Archive?

Brands use Archive to discover creators through features like Creator Search and Radar. You don't opt into these — Archive pulls from public content data across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. If a brand searches for creators in your niche, you may surface in their results based on your public profile and content.


What if I Want to Work with a Specific Brand?

The best path is to reach out to the brand directly through the channels they use for partnerships (their website, DMs, or dedicated creator programs). Archive can help brands identify you, but the collaboration itself happens outside of Archive.


I Received a Workspace Invitation Email From Archive — What Is This?

If you received an email inviting you to join an Archive workspace, that's a brand adding you as a teammate on their account — usually because you're working with them as part of their marketing team or as a contractor. Follow the link in the email to accept.
