Saved Views let you filter content and creators inside a campaign — by post type, custom attributes, Magic Fields, or any other filter — and save that cut as a named view you can return to without re-filtering every time. Views live inside the campaign, so everything stays in one place.
What Saved Views Are For
Before Saved Views, if you wanted to share a specific slice of a campaign with someone, you had to go back to Social Listening, rebuild the same filters, and generate separate public links for each cut. Now you can filter directly inside the campaign and save each cut as its own view — then share from there.
The combination that makes this especially useful: Saved Views + Magic Fields. If you have a campaign that spans multiple products, you can filter by each product's Magic Field and save each one as a separate view. Instead of one big undifferentiated campaign, you get organized views — one per product, one per creator segment, whatever makes sense for your workflow.
How to Create a Creators Saved View in Campaigns
Open your campaign.
Go to the Creators tab.
Click Filters and apply the filters you want (post type, Magic Fields, custom attributes, or any available filter).
Once your filters are set, click Save as view.
Give the view a name and click on Save.
The view will appear in your campaign's view switcher so you can come back to it any time without reapplying filters.
How to Create a Content Saved View in Campaigns
Open your campaign.
Go to the Content tab.
Click Filters and apply the filters you want (post type, Magic Fields, custom attributes, or any available filter).
Once your filters are set, click Save as view.
Give the view a name and click on Save.
The view will appear in your campaign's view switcher so you can come back to it any time without reapplying filters.
How to Rename a View
Open your campaign and switch to the saved view you want to rename.
Click the context menu (•••) next to the view name.
Select Rename view.
Enter the new name and click on Save.
How to Delete a View
Open your campaign and switch to the saved view you want to delete.
Click the context menu (•••) next to the view name.
Select Delete view.
Confirm the deletion by clicking on the Delete button.
⚠️ Note: Deleting a view is permanent. The underlying campaign content and creators are not affected — only the saved view is removed.
Sharing a Saved View
There are two ways to share a saved view:
Option 1 — Copy view link from the context menu
Open your campaign and switch to the saved view you want to share.
Click the context menu (•••) next to the view name.
Select Copy view link.
Share the copied link.
Option 2 — Get public link from the top right
Open your campaign and switch to the saved view you want to share.
Click the Copy Public Link button in the top right corner.
Copy and share the link.
⚠️ Heads up: On a shared public link for a saved view, content and creators respect the active filter — but the summarized metric tiles at the top do not. They reflect the full campaign, not just the filtered view. As a workaround, toggle off or hide the metric tiles on the view before sharing it publicly while a fix is in progress.
Things to Know
Saved Views are available on both the Creators and Content tabs inside a campaign.
Views persist — they're saved to the campaign and visible to anyone with campaign access.
You can create multiple views per campaign — one per product, creator tier, post type, whatever your use case requires.
Filters available for views include post type, Magic Fields, custom attributes, and any other filter in the campaign's filter menu.
Magic Fields must be configured in your workspace to use them as view filters. If you don't see Magic Fields in the filter menu, contact your CSM.
