Archive's Command Palette is a keyboard-first way to take bulk actions on your content. Instead of hunting through a cramped action bar with hard-to-read icons, you get a clean search interface that makes it obvious what you're doing and what's available.
Press Command+K (Mac) or Control+K (Windows) whenever you have content selected, and a modal pops up with a search bar and a list of actions you can take right then.
Where It Works
Command Palette is available in the following views:
Media Deck
Campaign Creators
Campaign Content
More areas of the platform are being added on an ongoing basis.
What You Can Do
The actions available depend on where you are in the platform:
In Media Deck and Social Listening, you can add to a campaign, delete items, download items, request usage rights, and add or remove collections.
In Campaign Creators, you also get options to add and remove labels, categories, and vetting lists.
In Campaign Content, you can remove content from a campaign.
What to Keep in Mind
Right now, you can add content to existing collections through Command Palette, but you can't create a new collection from within it. If you need to create a new collection, you can still do that from Media Deck or Social Listening directly.
Troubleshooting
If the Command Palette isn't opening, make sure you have content selected first. It only activates when something is bulk-selected in a supported view.
