Overview
Gifting Campaigns helps you run influencer product seeding end-to-endâwithout spreadsheets or manual order creation.
With Gifting Campaigns, you can:
Collect creator shipping details automatically
Create Shopify orders for gifted products
Track shipment status in real time
Automatically capture UGC once products are delivered
This feature is currently available to a limited set of customers as part of an early access rollout.
What You Can Do with Gifting Campaigns
Gifting Campaigns streamlines the entire gifting workflow:
Add creators to a campaign
Collect shipping information
Send products via Shopify
Track delivery
Automatically capture creator content
Once a product is delivered, Archive begins monitoring for relevant contentâno manual follow-up required.
How It Works
1. Create a Gifting Campaign
Navigate to the Campaigns section in Archive and create a new Gifting Campaign.
2. Add Creators to Your Campaign
You can add creators in two ways:
Option A: Import Creators via CSV
Click Import Creators inside your campaign
Upload a CSV containing creator social handles (required)
Shipping addresses can be included in any format (single column or multiple columns)
No template requiredâArchive automatically detects columns
Creators are added progressively for larger imports
Tips:
Social handle or profile URL is required
You can re-upload a CSV to update creator information
Large imports may be loaded in batches
Option B: Use the Creator Opt-In Chat
Open the Gifting Assistant link in your campaign
Share the link with creators via DM, email, or any channel
Creators chat with an AI assistant to:
View the product
Submit their shipping address
Once submitted, creators are instantly added to your campaign.
3. Automatic Shopify Order Creation
When a creator is added with a valid address:
Archive automatically creates a $0 order in Shopify
Orders are linked directly to your campaign
Shipping status updates sync automatically
Shopify Requirements
To use Gifting Campaigns, your Shopify store must have:
An active Shopify storefront
Products with SKUs
Shipping zones properly configured
Order notifications enabled
4. Track Shipping Status
Inside your campaign, you can see:
Order creation status
Shipment progress
Delivery confirmation
All updates sync automatically from Shopify.
5. Automatic UGC Capture
Once a product is delivered:
Archive begins monitoring for creator content
Tagged content is automatically captured
UGC appears in your Archive feed and campaign reporting
Current Limitations
During early access, the following limitations apply:
đď¸ Shopify stores only (no standalone stores)
âď¸ Campaign activation may require assistance from the Archive team
These limitations will be addressed in future releases.
