If I update a campaign by removing an existing hashtag and adding a new one, will content from the old hashtag be removed? Also, will Archive pull in previously posted content that used the new hashtag before the update?

Please note that after editing a requirement, such as a hashtag or creator label, we will only update this requirement moving forward. For example, if you change your campaign hashtag from "dog" to "cat" right now, we will cease to retrieve content associated with "dog", but we will not retrieve content associated with "cat" that was posted or pulled before the edit. Additionally, we will retain the "dog" content that was pulled prior to the edit.

If I manually add new @mentions and hashtags that weren't in the original sources, will Archive still track and collect content using these additional tags in the campaign?

No, Archive will not capture content based on manually added @mentions and hashtags through your campaigns that weren't present in your original sources.

What if my campaign due date is set to January 31st? Will my campaign end at the start of the day?

If you set the due date to January 31st, the content collection will cease at the start of that day (based on your time zone config—user level). To track the entire 31st day, the end date should be set to February 1st.

If I label a creator after creating a campaign that filters by that label, will Archive backfill their past content and automatically include new eligible content in the campaign?

Yes, if you label a creator after creating your campaign, Archive will backfill their past eligible content and continue adding new eligible content to your campaign moving forward.

If I remove a label from a creator, would the creator be removed from the campaign to which it has been added?

No, you'll have to remove the creator from your campaign. Removing the label won't remove them.

I updated the labels on a campaign, but it didn’t add the right creators. Why not?

When you change the label requirements on a campaign—like adding or swapping a label—it won’t automatically pull in new creators who match the updated labels. That’s expected. Campaigns only match creators based on the labels that were set when the campaign was first created.

What if I just swapped the label instead of adding a new one?

It’s the same in that case too—swapping a label won’t refresh the list of creators. If you want the campaign to match the new labels, you’ll need to create a new campaign with those updated settings.

What are Archive's campaign limits?

Each campaign supports up to 10,000 creators and 10,000 UGC items (both are hard caps).

If I create a campaign to filter by older posts (for example, by setting a past start date), will Archive pull that older content into the campaign?

Yes — Archive can add older posts to a newly created campaign as long as those posts are already in your workspace, with a limit of 15,000 UGCs. However, if you edit an existing campaign and move the start date backward, Archive will not backfill older content. To include those older posts, you would need to create a new campaign.

If I add a UGC to my campaign from the Content View, I noticed the creator is also added to the campaign’s creator list — and all of their other posts were added too. Why?

When you manually add a UGC to a campaign, Archive automatically treats the associated creator as part of that campaign. As a result, all of the creator’s eligible posts will be added as well. If you prefer not to include them, you can manually remove the content from the campaign.
