If you notice that some posts from your connected Instagram or TikTok accounts aren't showing up in Archive, this is typically due to platform-specific visibility restrictions or regional content settings.

Instagram Content Visibility

What's happening: Instagram may restrict certain content based on account status, content type, or regional settings. When this occurs, the content may not be accessible for archiving.

How to verify:

  1. Open an incognito/private browser window

  2. Navigate directly to the influencer's Instagram profile

  3. Check if all expected content is visible

  4. If you see fewer posts than expected or a restriction notice, this indicates platform-level limitations

TikTok Content Visibility

What's happening: TikTok sometimes displays different content based on the viewer's geographic location. A post may be visible in one region but hidden in another due to TikTok's content distribution policies.

How to verify:

  1. Open an incognito/private browser window

  2. Access TikTok from a US location or use a VPN

  3. Compare what you see with what appears in Archive

What you can do

  • Verify that no geographic restrictions are applied to their posts

  • Ensure their account is in good standing with TikTok's and Instagram's community guidelines

  • Contact our support team with specific post URLs if the content is public but not appearing

Note: We're continuously improving our detection systems to catch restrictions faster. Some platform-imposed delays are outside our control, but we work hard to minimize any impact on your archiving.
