Setting Up Magic Fields

Magic Fields are configured by our Customer Success team during your onboarding or when you need new classification types. Here's what the setup process looks like:

  • Discovery Call: We'll discuss what you want to track and how you want your content organized. This might include product categories, campaign themes, or specific brand priorities.

  • Configuration: Our team builds your Magic Field based on your goals. This includes defining categories, setting up classification rules, and making sure the AI understands what to look for in your content.

  • Testing and Deployment: Once configured, we test the Magic Field to make sure it's working correctly, then deploy it to your workspace. We can also apply it retroactively to classify your existing content.

  • Ongoing Use: After deployment, Magic Fields run automatically on all new content. You can filter and search using these fields just like any other tag or label in Archive.
