Archive's Outreacher helps you manage creator relationships and collaborations directly through your email. Connecting your Gmail account takes just a minute and lets you send personalized outreach messages right from the platform.


How to Connect Your Email (Email Has Access To Workspace)

  1. Navigate to your Outreach Settings.

  2. Click on Connect Gmail.

  3. Select the Google account you want to use with Archive.

  4. Click Continue to proceed with the connection.

  5. Allow the permissions that Archive requests to access your email.

  1. Navigate to your Outreach Settings.

  2. Click on Connect Gmail.

  3. Select the Google account you want to use with Archive.

  4. Click Advanced.

  5. Click Go to nylas.com (unsafe).

  6. Click Continue.

  7. Select all permissions and click Continue to proceed with the connection.


What to Know

  • Archive needs these permissions to send emails on your behalf and track responses from creators.

  • You can disconnect your email from Outreacher at any time on the Outreacher Settings page, but please notify our team so we can remove your email entirely.

  • Make sure you're connecting the email account you actively use for business communications.


Troubleshooting

If you run into any issues:

  • Double-check that you're logged into the correct Google account before starting

  • Try clearing your browser cache and cookies if the connection process stalls

  • Make sure pop-ups are enabled in your browser settings
