Archive allows you to manage multiple workspaces for your agency. When a workspace is no longer needed, you can permanently delete it directly from your Settings page to keep your account organized. Please note that workspace deletion is irreversible, so proceed with caution.
How to Delete an Agency Workspace
Deleting a workspace removes all associated data permanently. Follow these steps carefully to delete an agency workspace:
Go to your Settings page from the Archive dashboard
Select the "Delete workspace" option
Enter the exact workspace name in the confirmation field
Click "Delete workspace" to permanently remove the workspace
⚠️ Warning: Workspace deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. We cannot recover any deleted workspaces or their data. Before proceeding with deletion:
Ensure you've backed up any important data
Verify you're deleting the correct workspace
Consider if you might need this workspace data in the future
After Deleting a Workspace
Deleting a workspace does not automatically update your billing. After you have deleted the workspace, contact your Customer Success Manager to have your subscription adjusted accordingly.
