Extended Campaigns in Archive allow you to collect, organize, and leverage user-generated content (UGC) for specific marketing initiatives. To save time when adding multiple UGC pieces to a campaign, Archive offers two efficient bulk upload methods.
Method 1: Import UGC From File
To efficiently add multiple UGC items to your extended campaigns using the file import method:
Navigate to your Extended Campaigns page in your Archive account.
Select the specific campaign to which you want to add UGC content.
Click on the Content Tab to access content management options.
On the right side of your screen, click on Import UGC and select File from the dropdown options.
If you don't have a properly formatted file yet:
Click Download example to get a template
Create a copy of the template
Add your UGC links to the appropriate columns
Save the completed file as a CSV
Once your file is ready, click the Import button.
Drop your prepared CSV file into the designated upload area.
Select the appropriate header configuration and click Next.
Review your links in the preview screen and address any errors flagged by the system.
After confirming everything is correct, click Import to finalize the bulk upload.
Note: Using the CSV upload method is particularly efficient when you need to add many UGC items at once, saving you time compared to manual entry.
Method 2: Import UGC from Links
To quickly add multiple UGC items to your extended campaigns using direct links:
Navigate to your Extended Campaigns page in your Archive account.
Select the specific campaign to which you want to add UGC content.
Click on the Content tab to access content management options.
On the right side of your screen, click on Import UGC and select UGC Link from the dropdown options.
In the input field provided:
Paste your UGC links
For multiple links, separate them using either a new line or a comma
You can add as many links as needed in a single import
After adding all your links, click Save to import the content to your campaign.
Note: The UGC Link method is ideal for quickly adding content when you already have the links ready, without needing to prepare a CSV file.
