Understanding Creator Attributes

What each creator attribute on the Creators page means.

In our latest platform update, we've introduced a new Creators page that provides a unified view of influencer information.

These attributes help maintain comprehensive records of each creator's details, making it easier to manage relationships and track important information.


Different Core Creator Attributes

  • Personal Information

    • Full name: Creator's official or preferred name

    • Age: Creator's current age

    • Gender: Creator's gender identification

    • Location: Creator's geographical location

    • Category: Classifies the creator type — Creator, Pro Service, Brand, Venue, Media, Public Sector, or Unknown

  • Contact Details

    • Emails: One or multiple email addresses for communication

    • Phone numbers: Contact numbers for direct communication

    • Notes: Space for additional information or important remarks

  • Discovery & Vetting

    • Relationship Status: Stage of relationship with the creator

    • Vetting List: Shows which vetting lists the creator has been added to in Creator Search

    • Campaign: Shows which campaigns the creator is added to


Attribute Management

  • All attributes are managed at the creator level, not individual social profiles

  • Relationship Status: A creator-level attribute used to track partnership pipeline stage (To Review, Outreached, In Discussion, Interested, Contracted, Active, Not Interested, Not a Fit, Not Responsive)

  • Information can be updated and modified as needed

  • Changes to attributes are tracked in the activity log

  • Attributes can be used for filtering and organizing creators in the platform


Custom Labels

  • Labels can be added to creators for better organization

  • Labels work across different platform features

  • Useful for categorizing creators based on:

    • Campaign participation

    • Content specialties

    • Relationship status

    • Any other custom categorization needed
