What is the AI Insider Newsletter?
AI Insider Newsletter is a weekly email that gives you a complete picture of your brand's UGC activity from the previous week (Monday through Sunday). Instead of spending hours reviewing hundreds of posts, our AI watches and analyzes your content for you, pulling out the insights that actually matter.
The newsletter includes:
Weekly content metrics and engagement data
Earned media value (EMV) calculations
Your top influencers and best-performing posts
Trending topics within your brand's community
AI-generated overview with key learnings and takeaways
Think of it as your weekly briefing on what's working, what people are talking about, and who's creating the best content for your brand.
How It Works
Archive already monitors and collects content about your brand across social platforms. The AI Insider Newsletter takes this one step further by actually watching and listening to your content (not just reading captions) and understanding what's happening at a human level.
Every Thursday morning, you'll get a digest of the previous week's activity. We wait until Thursday because content typically reaches 80% of its total engagement within three days, which gives us enough data to provide meaningful insights.
The AI processes up to 500 of your top posts based on engagement, filtering out content with zero engagement to focus on what's actually resonating with your audience.
Who Gets the Newsletter?
The AI Insider Newsletter is automatically enabled for all customers on any paying plan. Everyone in your workspace will receive the newsletter at their registered email address.
Your workspace needs at least 20 posts with AI Summaries from the previous week to receive the newsletter. AI Summaries are currently available for video content.
Requirements
To receive the AI Insider Newsletter, your workspace must:
Be on any paying Archive plan (Pro or Custom)
Have AI Summaries enabled in your workspace
Have at least 20 posts with AI Summaries from the previous week
Be focused on a specific brand (not tracking multiple brands in one workspace
Note: Content from your brand's own social media accounts is excluded from the analysis. The newsletter focuses on what other people are saying about your brand.

Have thoughts on the newsletter content, format, or anything else? Just reply directly to the newsletter email. Your feedback comes straight to our team, and we use it to make continuous improvements.
Why Thursday Morning?
We send the newsletter on Thursday mornings because it gives your content enough time to gather meaningful engagement. Most posts reach about 80% of their total engagement within three days, so by Thursday, we have solid data on what performed well during the previous week.
Common Questions
Can I get a demo before becoming a customer?
The AI Insider Newsletter is only available to paying customers. Demo and trial accounts don't receive the newsletter.
What if I manage multiple brands?
The newsletter works best for workspaces focused on a single brand. If you're an agency managing multiple brands, we recommend setting up separate brand-specific workspaces.
Can I turn it off?
Contact our support team if you'd like to disable the newsletter for your workspace.
Why am I not receiving it?
Check that your workspace has AI Summaries enabled and that you had at least 20 posts with AI Summaries during the previous week. Also verify that your workspace is set up for a single brand rather than tracking multiple brands.
