For brands and marketers, sharing user-generated content with external stakeholders is a common necessity. Whether collaborating with clients, agency partners, executives, or other team members who don't have Archive access, there's often a need to share multiple content pieces without granting full account access or requiring others to create their own Archive accounts.

Archive's Public Links feature provides a streamlined solution for sharing collections of content with anyone outside your Archive account. This feature enables secure, selective sharing while maintaining control over which content is accessible to external viewers.

How to Share Multiple Assets Using Public Links

  1. From the left sidebar, look for the Collection you want to share publicly

  2. Click the Get a Public Link button found at the topmost right corner of your screen

  3. Your custom URL will be copied to your clipboard automatically so you can paste it into a browser, email, or text

What the Public Page Looks Link

Note: The recipient can see your Collection even if they don’t have an Archive account. They won’t be able to see or access anything other than the specific Collection you shared.
