Wondering how your user-generated content (UGC) is performing? With our Engagement Data feature, you can view engagement metrics for each asset in your library and even get a creator-wise breakdown on the Social Profiles page.

How engagement data is refreshed

Archive doesn't update engagement metrics in real time. Instead, we check for new data at set points after a post goes live:

  1. 2 hours after publishing

  2. 24 hours after publishing

  3. 3 days after publishing

  4. 7 days after publishing

After that 7-day mark, we stop checking automatically. The one exception: if a post suddenly takes off (50+ new likes or 200+ new views since the last check), we'll do one more update within 48 hours.

Content Page

Visit your Content page to see views, likes, comments, and shares on every asset. You can click into any piece of content to see its individual metrics, making it easy to spot which posts are driving the most engagement.

Social Profiles Page

The Social Profiles page breaks engagement data down by creator, so you can see total views, likes, comments, shares, etc. per profile in one place. This makes it easy to identify your top-performing creators and understand which accounts are driving the most engagement for your brand.

You can sort any column in ascending or descending order to quickly surface your best (or least active) profiles.

Reports Page

The Reports page pulls all your engagement data together so you can analyze performance across your entire content library. You can filter by date range, content type, source, and more. You can also save custom views so you don't have to re-apply the same filters every time you come back.
