Sharing saved UGC with your team, partners, and advisors is easy by using public links.
To share one asset:
Find the asset you want to share in your Content view.
Hover your cursor on the asset to see additional options.
Click the Copy link icon on the hovered Media Item Card.
Your custom URL will be copied to your clipboard automatically so you can paste it into a browser, email, or text.
To share a Collection:
From the left sidebar, look for the Collection you want to share publicly.
Click on the three dots beside the Collection name and choose Get a Public Link from the list.
Your custom URL will be copied to your clipboard automatically so you can paste it into a browser, email, or text.
The recipient can see your asset or Collection even if they don’t have an Archive account. They won’t be able to see or access anything other than the specific asset or Collection you shared.
