Archive provides a simple way to share your content with external stakeholders, team members, or clients who don't have access to your Archive account. This feature allows you to quickly distribute assets without requiring recipients to have an Archive login.
Find the asset you want to share in your Content view
Hover your cursor on the asset to see additional options
Click the Copy link icon on the hovered Media Item Card
Your custom URL will be copied to your clipboard automatically so you can paste it into a browser, email, or text
Important Notes:
Anyone with the link can view the shared content
Links do not expire unless you delete the asset from your Archive account
Recipients don't need an Archive account to view shared content
You can share multiple assets by repeating this process for each item
