You manage your Social Profile list by hiding the profiles whose content isn't relevant to you. Hiding a profile removes its content from your library and stops Archive from collecting more from it.
To hide a profile, open the [...] menu on any of its posts in your Content view. See Hiding Social Profiles for the full steps and what happens to content you have already collected.
Hidden profiles are listed under Settings > Workspace > Hidden Social Profiles, where you can unhide them. See Unhiding Social Profiles.
