Adding and Removing Filters

You can apply any combination of filters to your library to find exactly the content you’re looking for. You can remove filters to create a new combination or start over when you're done. If you want to save a specific filter view of your library to come back to it later, simply apply your desired filters and bookmark the page — next time you load that page, you’ll see the same filtered view of your library (with all the new content that fits those filters, of course).

How to apply filters:

  1. At the top of your Archive library, click on [+] Add Filter and choose the filter you want to want to apply;

  2. Choose your desired options from the list that appears;

  3. You may need to click a checkbox or create a numerical range, depending on the filter you’re working with.

You can apply multiple filters at the same time or select multiple options within a single filter.

For example, if you want to see assets created by your two favorite Social Profiles, you would click on the Social Profile filter, type their usernames in the search bar, and click to select each one.

How to remove filters:

  1. Below the filter options, you’ll see a list of all the filters you have applied to your library.

  2. Choose the filter you want to remove.

  3. Click the Trashcan icon to remove the filter from your current view.
