You can apply any combination of filters to your library to find exactly the content you’re looking for. When you’re done, you can remove filters to create a new combination or start over. If you want to save a specific filter view of your library to come back to it later, simply apply your desired filters and bookmark the page — next time you load that page, you’ll see the same filtered view of your library (with all the new content that fits those filters, of course).

How to apply filters:

  1. At the top of your Archive library, click on the filter you want to apply;

  2. Choose your desired options from the list that appears;

  3. You may need to click a checkbox or create a numerical range, depending on the filter you’re working with.

You can apply multiple filters at the same time, or select multiple options within a single filter. For example, if you want to see assets created by your two favorite Community Members, you would click on the Community Member filter, type their usernames in the search bar, and click to select each one.

How to remove filters:

  1. Below the filter options, you’ll see a list of all the filters you have applied to your library.

  2. Click on the X beside any applied filter to remove it from your current view.
