Inactive workspaces are workspaces that have been disabled and can't be accessed. In the workspace switcher, they appear greyed out with an "Inactive" label, and you can't click into them.
Why a Workspace Becomes Inactive
A workspace is usually marked inactive because the subscription tied to it was canceled or expired, a trial period ended, or the workspace was disabled at the account owner's request.
How to Reactivate an Inactive Workspace
To reactivate a workspace, contact us via email at [email protected] or chat with our team, and let us know the name of the workspace you'd like to reactivate — you don't need the workspace ID.
Logged In and Landed on a Blocked Screen?
If you logged in directly with an email tied to an inactive workspace, you'll see a different screen showing which workspace is blocked, with options to switch to an active workspace or log out. See Workspace Access Blocked Screen: What It Means and How to Get Back In for details.
