Inactive workspaces are workspaces that have been disabled and can't be accessed. In the workspace switcher, they appear greyed out with an "Inactive" label, and you can't click into them.

A workspace is usually marked inactive because the subscription tied to it was canceled or expired, a trial period ended, or the workspace was disabled at the account owner's request.

To reactivate a workspace, reach out to our support team and let us know the name of the workspace you'd like to reactivate — you don't need the workspace ID.
