If a creator is part of your campaign but some of their posts aren't showing up, it's usually because those posts don't match the campaign's setup. Here's why, and how to add them.
Why does this happen?
The posts don't match your campaign's filters. Both campaign types only save content that matches your setup — your hashtags/mentions and any Content Conditions (AI Filters). Archive checks a creator's recent posts and discards the ones that don't match, so they won't appear.
(Brand Monitoring) The posts aren't from a source included in the campaign. Brand Monitoring captures only from your selected connected sources.
The posts fall outside the campaign's date window. Adding a creator backfills their past content for Instagram and TikTok back to the start date; content older than that, or outside that scope, isn't pulled in automatically.
Legacy campaigns only: in a Legacy campaign that uses a label filter, a manually added creator's posts won't auto-pull, since they weren't matched through the label.
What can I do?
The easiest solution is to add the missing content manually directly to the campaign. This way, you stay in full control of what's included, and the posts will appear in your campaign just like any other captured content.
If you're not sure how to add content manually, here's how:
Open your campaign and navigate to the Content tab.
Click Add Content and search for the posts you'd like to include.
Select the relevant posts and confirm.
That's it — the content will now appear in your campaign and be included in any reporting or analytics.
What about collaboration posts?
When a creator initiates a collaboration post, the campaign detection logic treats it the same way as any other post — the primary author's label status determines whether the collab post appears in a label-based campaign. If the primary creator (the one who initiated the post) is not labeled, the post will not auto-pull into the campaign, even if co-authors are labeled and the post meets all other campaign parameters.
In these cases, you can manually add the collaboration post to your campaign using the steps outlined above.
What about future posts from that creator?
In Brand Monitoring and Creator Monitoring campaigns, new matching posts are captured automatically while the campaign is active. (In Legacy campaigns using a label filter, new posts from manually added creators aren't auto-captured — add them manually.)
