If you need to disconnect your TikTok or Instagram account from Archive, you can easily do so through your account settings. This process allows you to remove the connection between Archive and your social media accounts while preserving your existing content library.
Steps to Disconnect Your Social Media Accounts
From your Archive App, go to the left side of your screen and select Settings from the side menu.
Click on the Sources tab to view all your connected social media accounts.
Find the source you want to disconnect (TikTok or Instagram) and click on the 3 dots (menu button) beside the source you want to disconnect from Archive.
What Happens After Disconnection
When you disconnect a social media account from Archive:
Archive will no longer collect new content from that platform
Your existing content from that platform will remain in your Archive library
You can reconnect the same account at any time by following the original connection process
