Archive allows you to easily manage your campaign content by removing specific posts or media that no longer fit your campaign objectives. This feature gives you full control over your campaign composition and helps maintain focused, high-quality content collections.
How to Remove Content From a Campaign
Managing your campaign content is essential for maintaining effective marketing strategies. Follow these steps to remove unwanted content from any of your active campaigns.
Navigate to your Campaigns page to access your campaign management dashboard where all your active and past campaigns are listed.
Choose the specific campaign from your list by clicking on the campaign you want to modify from your campaigns overview.
Choose Content from the left tab to view all the content currently associated with your selected campaign.
Select the content you want to unlink from the campaign by clicking on the individual posts, images, or videos you wish to remove.
Click on the Remove from campaign icon on the action bar to complete the removal process and unlink the selected content from your campaign.
What Happens When You Remove Content
When you remove content from a campaign:
The content is unlinked from the specific campaign but remains in your Archive library
Campaign analytics and metrics are updated to reflect the content removal
The content can still be added to other campaigns or used independently
No content is permanently deleted from your Archive account
