  1. Labeling Influencers: Before tracking influencers, ensure that you have labeled them properly. This step is crucial for organization and tracking purposes.

  2. Setting Up Filters: Begin by setting up filters that will be used across content, social profiles, or reporting views. These filters help in streamlining the tracking process.

  3. Selecting Programs: Choose the specific influencer program you want to track. In the script, Paul's program is selected as an example.

  4. Viewing Influencer Content: Once the program is selected, you can view the content from the set of influencers in that program. This includes details such as followers, latest posts, and engagement metrics.

  5. Using Date Filters: Utilize date filters to narrow down the search based on specific timeframes. For instance, you can view content tagged within a week to focus on recent activity.

  6. Monitoring Posting Activity: Incorporate posting activity filters to identify influencers who have or have not posted. This helps in tracking influencer engagement and follow-up actions.

  7. Generating Reports: Generate reports to analyze aggregate metrics for all content created by tagged influencers. The reports provide insights into performance metrics like engagement, impressions, reach, and follower growth.
