To use reports effectively, follow these step-by-step instructions:

  1. Overview of Brand Performance:

    • The default view provides a high-level overview of your brand and community performance. It shows metrics like media value generated by your entire community.

  2. Filtering by Nano Influencers or Customers:

    • To dive deeper into activity generated by nano influencers or customers, apply a filter such as follower count less than 10,000 to access a specific report easily.

  3. Adjusting Date Range:

    • Easily slide the date scale to view information for different time periods with just one or two clicks.

  4. Influencer Performance Insights:

    • If you want to see performance driven by a specific set of influencers, like those working with agency eight, you can pull detailed results over different time frames such as the past seven days or extended to 30 days.
