This article will help you downgrade your current plan to the free one.

The first step is to access your account's Settings. On the bottom left of your page, access the lateral menu and click on Settings.

When accessing your Settings, go to the Archive Pricing section:

Click on Choose Free to select the free plan. We will ask you why you are downgrading your plan. Please inform us of the correct reason so we can keep improving our services.

Click on Continue with the downgrade and then on Downgrade:

After you downgrade your plan, you should be able to see the following notification within your Archive account:
