Recently, we launched a new Slack Alerts feature. With this feature, users can set up instant notifications in Slack. Alerts are triggered whenever an influencer with a designated follower threshold posts content or whenever a verified influencer posts. This offers real-time updates and immediate visibility for our users.
The Slack Alerts feature is available on our Pro plan. For Free and Starter Plan users, we offer a 7-day trial period to experience this feature firsthand.
Here’s how to set it up:
Click the Hamburger icon and choose Integrations.
When you’re on the Free Plan, you’ll see the option to Test it out:
You will see the connect option when you’ve activated the Free Trial or are already on the Pro plan. You can click it.
You will then be routed to this page, which will allow you to select which Slack Channel you want those notifications to be sent to. Please ensure that you’re logged in to Slack during this setup.
When successfully set, you can modify the restrictions by turning both toggles on or off.
Clicking refresh connection allows you to change the destination channel of the notifications in Slack.
FAQ
Is there a way to exclude certain accounts from showing?
This is not available. We will be rolling this out in the next 2-4 months.
Note: We recommend starting with a smaller number (e.g. 10,000) to familiarize yourself with this feature before increasing the limit to your desired threshold.
