How much content will appear when I connect my Instagram account?


As soon as you connect your Instagram account to Archive, we automatically gather up to 30 most recent (not later than three months) Feed Posts and Reels your brand was tagged in. From that point on, we detect new content to your library whenever a social profile @mentions your brand account.

We can’t display Stories posted before you connect your Instagram account, but we’ll automatically show all the Stories your brand is tagged in for 24 hours after you connect your accounts.

How much content will appear when I start tracking an Instagram or TikTok hashtag?


Whenever you start tracking a new hashtag, we automatically gather up to 30 most recent TikTok videos and Instagram Feed Posts (not later than three months) that use that hashtag. From that point on, we detect new content in your library whenever a social profile posts using the #hashtag you’re tracking.

Visit your Settings page to add new hashtags and manage the list of all the hashtags you’re already tracking. Each time you start tracking a new hashtag, we collect up to 30 most recent (not later than three months) Instagram Feed Posts and Reels that use that hashtag. From that point on, any new content posted using that hashtag will appear in your library automatically.

At present, Archive has the capability to capture the most recent 20 pieces of historical content for TikTok.

At present, Archive has the capability to capture the most recent 20 pieces of historical content for TikTok hashtags.

For content that's not captured, you can follow the steps in this article to manually save them.

NOTE: We are actively engaged in the process of refining our ability to detect collaboration posts. Rest assured, improvements are underway.
